Frozen cranberries are available year round and are versatile enough for both consumer recipes and as a food ingredient. Frozen cranberries are available in two forms: bulk and individual quick frozen (IQF). Bulk frozen cranberries go directly from the bog to the freezer. IQF cranberries are sorted and then individually frozen.

Frozen cranberries are also available sliced offering great flexibility as an ingredient in applications such as muffin or pancake mixes.

Most of the cranberries harvested each year are processed into juice, juice blends or juice concentrate. Due to the cranberry's tart flavor, cranberry juice is always combined with other products to form a crisp, satisfying drink.
