Cranberry Banana Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for breakfast or as a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup low fat raspberry or strawberry yogurt
  • 2/3 cup 100% cranberry juice
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, strawberries or blueberries

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

Yields: 1 smoothie
