Cranberry Maple Glaze
Use this glaze on ham, pork tenderloin, sausages, a turkey breast or a whole chicken. Liberally brush on the meat during roasting. It also is a great glaze for roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 8-oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
- ¼ cup real maple syrup
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat just until sauce is smooth, whisking frequently.
Yields: 1 cup glaze
