Cranberry Maple Glaze

Use this glaze on ham, pork tenderloin, sausages, a turkey breast or a whole chicken. Liberally brush on the meat during roasting. It also is a great glaze for roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup real maple syrup

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat just until sauce is smooth, whisking frequently.

Yields: 1 cup glaze
