Cranberry Mustard

This yummy mustard can be used as a glaze for roast chicken, turkey or ham, or used as sandwich spread.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup Dijon or whole grain mustard
  • ¼ cup honey or molasses
  • ¾ cup cranberries

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Allow to cool before using. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Yields: 2 cups
