Cranberry Mustard
This yummy mustard can be used as a glaze for roast chicken, turkey or ham, or used as sandwich spread.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup Dijon or whole grain mustard
- ¼ cup honey or molasses
- ¾ cup cranberries
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Allow to cool before using. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Yields: 2 cups
