Cranberry Sherbet Punch

This classic punch is a great for a crowd! The frozen cranberries are a decorative finish that helps keep the punch cold. You can also freeze whole cranberries in cranberry juice and use the ice cubes to keep the punch cold.

Ingredients

  • 48 oz. 100% cranberry juice, chilled
  • 2 6-oz. cans frozen orange juice, thawed
  • 2 6-oz. cans frozen lemonade, thawed
  • 1½ cups water
  • 48 oz. cranberry-raspberry juice, chilled
  • 48 oz. cranberry-grape juice, chilled
  • 2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • ½ gallon sherbet, any flavor
  • 1-12 oz. bag frozen cranberries (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except sherbet in a large punch bowl. Stir until juice concentrates have dissolved.
  2. Use a melon baller or small ice cream scoop to spoon sherbet on top. Pour frozen cranberries on top and serve.

Yields: 50-6 oz. servings
