DetailsClick here to access the proposed amendment to the Marketing Order No. 929, which would permit the CMC to add the authority to accept contributions from domestic sources. Comments for this proposal must be received by June 26, 2018. Instructions can be found within the document.
Download the proposed 2018 Producer Allotment rule that was published in the Federal Register on April 27, 2018. You can also view the document online here. Comments on the proposed rule must be received by May 29, 2018. Following the comment period, it will take 30-60 days for a final rule to be published.
Download the 2017 Handler Withholding Volume Regulation Final Rule that was published in the Federal Register on April 4, 2018. This is the USDA’s final decision on the 2017 Handler Withhold volume regulation and the rule will be implemented as published. You can also view the rule online here.
In preparation for a potential Producer Allotment, the CMC must initiate certain procedures including the mailing of a CMC-AL-1 form to all growers on record.
