Cranberry Foie Gras Bites

  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup filo dough
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup foie-gras
  • 2 cups fresh figs
  1. Preheat oven at 180 C.
  2. Spread a sheet of filo dough, brush butter evenly. Repeat until you have six sheets.
  3. Cut 10cm x 10cm squares and then cut them into triangles; bake on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes or until golden.
  4. Fill a small icing bag with foie-gras, cover the triangles, and garnish with a slice of fresh fig and cranberries.
