Cranberry Juice Popsicles
It doesn’t get much easier than this. A sweet and icy treat for any time of year!
Dessert & Baking
2 c. cranberry juice
16 paper straws
16 wooden food picks (approx 4″ long)
20 rubber bands
Plastic ice cube tray
Wrap rubber bands horizontally and vertically around the ice tray, creating a grid with a rubber band “box” in the center of each individual ice cub hole.
(A 16-cube tray will have 20 rubber bands on it total)
Fill the tray with cranberry juice.
Place the toothpicks into the center of each rubber band “box” and place the straws over the toothpicks.
Cut the rubber bands to release.
Remove the popsicles from the tray and serve.
