  • 3.5 oz. dried cranberries
  • 2 ½ cups cranberry juice
  • 1 T sugar
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3 green Coriander seeds
  • ½ bay leaf
  • 10 black peppercorns
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 T tomato paste
  • 2 T ketchup
  1. Directions
  2. Boil dried cranberries with juice. Add spices and let simmer for about 2 hours until cranberries are overcooked and the juice is reduced.
  3. Add vinegar and bring to boil again for about 15 minutes. Add tomato paste and ketchup and bring to boil again. Strain through a sieve and serve at room temperature.
