This tasty mustard can be used as a glaze for roast chicken, turkey or ham, or used as sandwich spread.

Ingredients for Cranberry Mustard
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Dijon or whole grain mustard
1/4 cup honey or molasses
3/4 cup cranberries
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Allow to cool before using. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
