Cranberry Mustard
This tasty mustard can be used as a glaze for roast chicken, turkey or ham, or used as sandwich spread.
Ingredients for Cranberry Mustard
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Dijon or whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey or molasses
  • 3/4 cup cranberries
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Allow to cool before using. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
