Cranberry & Orange Praline
Cranberry compote with kirsch and orange peel in a white chocolate shell with dry sherry. *Kirsch is a clear, colorless fruit brandy traditionally made from double distillation of morello cherries.
Ingredients for Cranberry & Orange Praline
  • Cranberry & Orange Praline Filling:
  • 100 g White Chocolate
  • 60 g Cream
  • 10 ml Kirsch
  • 30 g Orange Peel
  • 60 g Cranberry Compote
  • Cranberry & Orange Praline Shell:
  • 10 pcs white chocolate shells
  • 10 pcs dry cherry
  1. Preparation method:
  2. Boil the cream and Kirsch.
  3. Add white chocolate and mix well.
  4. Add cranberry compote and orange peel.
  5. Let cool, pour into the white chocolate shell and seal with the white chocolate.
  6. Cover the outside with white chocolate.
  7. Decorate with a dry cherry.
