Cranberry Smoothie
A refreshing blend of frozen cranberries and vanilla yogurt
Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen cranberries
  • 2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt (try different yogurts, such as Greek yogurt)
  • 2 cups 1% milk or almond milk
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

  1. Mix in blender until smooth.
