Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup frozen cranberries
2 oranges
.3 oz. maple syrup
6 oz. milk
3 oz. plain yogurt
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Decorate with frozen cranberries on the top and serve.
