Cranberry Peanut Butter Cookies



  • 1- 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tspn Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tspn Salt
  • 1/2 tspn Cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts



  • In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
  • Cream peanut butter, honey and butter in mixing bowl until well mixed. Add eggs and beat for one minute.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  • Add in dried cranberries and walnuts and mix by hand until thoroughly blended.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes in a 350° oven or until lightly browned. Keep checking so they don't burn on the bottoms or edges.
  • Cool completely on a wire rack before putting into a cookie jar or storage.
