- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 
- In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, eggs, sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk together until well combined. 
- Add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. 
- Fold in the cranberries and walnuts. 
- Using a cookie scoop or heaping tablespoon, portion the dough onto the baking sheets. Press down with a fork in a criss cross pattern. 
- Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees F, until the edges are turning a light golden brown. 
- Let the cookies cool completely on the pan, then enjoy.
