Preheat oven at 180 C.
Spread a sheet of filo dough, brush butter evenly. Repeat until you have six sheets.
Cut 10cm x 10cm squares and then cut them into triangles; bake on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes or until golden.
Fill a small icing bag with foie-gras, cover the triangles, and garnish with a slice of fresh fig and cranberries.
