Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan and set aside for now.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Pour the bowl of dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and cranberries.
Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 55-60 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through and a toothpick pulls out mostly clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and continue to let cool on a cooling rack. Enjoy.
