1.5 oz. dried cranberries
¼ cup cranberry juice
5 oz. fresh (or frozen strawberries)
1 T sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
4 popsicle molds
Boil up cranberries, cranberry juice, strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Puree and fill Popsicle molds.
Tip: Alternatively, ice cream can also be frozen in plastic cups. Use a plastic spoon as a stick. Strawberries can be replaced by raspberries.
