- 1.5 oz. dried cranberries
- ¼ cup cranberry juice
- 5 oz. fresh (or frozen strawberries)
- 1 T sugar
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 popsicle molds
- Boil up cranberries, cranberry juice, strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Puree and fill Popsicle molds.
- Tip: Alternatively, ice cream can also be frozen in plastic cups. Use a plastic spoon as a stick. Strawberries can be replaced by raspberries.
