Peanut Butter & Cranberry Jelly

  • 12 slices bread
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Orange zest
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped peanuts
  1. Boil the cranberries in orange juice for 5 minutes; add sugar and zest, let cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Toast the baguette slices. Spread peanut butter, cranberry jelly on the bread, then top with a sprinkle of peanuts.
