Boil pears in cranberry juice along with half cup of sugar and a bit of vegetable red color. For even coloration care should be taken to turn them over constantly. Once pears are ready, remove from the juice and let the juice boil for a while. Add the other half amount of sugar and wait for cooling.
Using a knife or pitter, remove pear's lower central part trying to make a convenient size hole. Mix cranberries together with lime juice extract and the almonds and stuff the pears holding tight. Put pears onto an oven tray, dust sugar on top and bake for 10 minutes or until slightly hot.
Once ready, serve pears together with juice you left boiling.
