Soak cranberries into one cup of cranberry juice. Mix half of sugar amount and join together with cranberry juice. Once sugar is dissolved, add cranberries and juice, blend; put into a bowl and freeze. In another bowl, mix the rest of sugar amount with coffee and heat until dissolved, freeze using an extended mold.
After one hour, check for small crystals around the edge on both mixtures. Using a fork, mix and scratch around the edges and corners in order to evenly distribute crystals.
Put molds back into the freezer and let sit for another hour. Repeat the same procedure 3 times or more. Cover the molds. Serve putting half of one flavor and half of the other flavor in cups. Decorate with crackers or cookies of your choice.
