Cranberry Chocolate Muesli



Ingredients for Cranberry Chocolate Muesli

  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup fine oatmeal
  • 1.5 oz walnuts
  • 1.5 oz dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1.5 oz coconut chips or flakes
  • 2 sour apples (e.g. Granny Smith)
  • 2 cups milk



  • Briefly roast oatmeal in a large pan. Chop up the walnuts and quickly roast them as well. In addition, chop up the dark chocolate into small pieces. Mix the oatmeal with walnuts, chopped chocolate, cranberries and coconut chips.
  • Wash the apples thoroughly. Cut the apples into quarters, remove the seeds, and slice up the quarters. Serve granola-mixture with sliced apples and milk in dessert bowls
