- 8 oz. 100% cranberry juice
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 3/4 oz. cream of coconut
- 2 teaspoons grenadine
- 4-6 oz. club soda
- Garnishes: whipped cream, fresh strawberries, fresh cranberries
- Combine cranberry juice and frozen strawberries in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Divide between two tall glasses and top with club soda. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh strawberries or cranberries, and serve with straws.
