Cranberry Dip with Artichokes
- 4 artichokes
- 1 tbsp dry fine herbs
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup cranberry jelly
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 4 tbsp dried cranberries, chopped
- Cook artichokes and slice them in halves. At the moment of serving, spread artichokes with oil and herbs and brown them on the grill.
- For the dip, process cranberry jelly, cheese, mayonnaise and Tabasco sauce. Add chopped dried cranberries.
- Add a different touch to artichokes with this delicious dip; you can also use it for snacks with fresh vegetables cut in sticks
