Cranberry Dip with Artichokes



  • 4 artichokes
  • 1 tbsp dry fine herbs
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cranberry jelly
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
  • 4 tbsp dried cranberries, chopped


  • Cook artichokes and slice them in halves. At the moment of serving, spread artichokes with oil and herbs and brown them on the grill.
  • For the dip, process cranberry jelly, cheese, mayonnaise and Tabasco sauce. Add chopped dried cranberries.
  • Add a different touch to artichokes with this delicious dip; you can also use it for snacks with fresh vegetables cut in sticks
