Cranberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 cloves
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Pectin

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat stirring constantly until liquid thickens.
  • Once thickened remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled down it is ready to serve. Pour remaining jam into sterilized jars.
