  • Cranberry & Orange Praline Filling:
  • 100 g White Chocolate
  • 60 g Cream
  • 10 ml Kirsch
  • 30 g Orange Peel
  • 60 g Cranberry Compote
  • Cranberry & Orange Praline Shell:
  • 10 pcs white chocolate shells
  • 10 pcs dry cherry

  • Preparation method:
  • Boil the cream and Kirsch.
  • Add white chocolate and mix well.
  • Add cranberry compote and orange peel.
  • Let cool, pour into the white chocolate shell and seal with the white chocolate.
  • Cover the outside with white chocolate.
  • Decorate with a dry cherry.
