- Cranberry & Orange Praline Filling:
- 100 g White Chocolate
- 60 g Cream
- 10 ml Kirsch
- 30 g Orange Peel
- 60 g Cranberry Compote
- Cranberry & Orange Praline Shell:
- 10 pcs white chocolate shells
- 10 pcs dry cherry

- Preparation method:
- Boil the cream and Kirsch.
- Add white chocolate and mix well.
- Add cranberry compote and orange peel.
- Let cool, pour into the white chocolate shell and seal with the white chocolate.
- Cover the outside with white chocolate.
- Decorate with a dry cherry.
