Cranberry Pizza



  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3Tbsp chopped sage
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup frozen cranberries
  • 3 Tbsp tomato pesto
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup smoked turkey breast (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 1/2 bunch basil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Note: the frozen cranberries add tartness. If your tastebuds like it sweeter, you can substitute dried cranberries.


  • Peel and crush cloves of garlic. Saute it in hot oil until golden brown, add sage and saute briefly. Add tomatoes and cranberries. Cook for 5 minutes. Fold in the tomato pesto and season it with salt and pepper to taste. Peel onion and chop into rings. Chop smoked turkey breast into strips. Grate cheddar, chop mozzarella into cubes and mix both cheeses. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spread the cranberry mixture onto the pre-made pizza dough, add turkey breast and onion rings. Spread out cheese and bake the pizza in the oven (low level) for approximately 25 minutes. Wash basil, pluck leafs and crush them. Sprinkle pizza with basil and serve.
