Cranberry Sauce French Toast

  1. Cut the baguette into thick slices. Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla sugar in a deep dish and dip the baguette slices in the mixture until fully coated. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and cook the baguette slices on each side until golden brown.
  2. For the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a small pot and boil. Sprinkle the french toast with brown sugar and serve with the sauce.
