Wash stemmed grapes thoroughly.
Process grapes in food processor by pulsing several times until coarsely chopped. Set aside.
In small pan, bring grape juice to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Stir in cranberry sauce and mix until dissolved.
Stir in grapes and mix thoroughly.
Cool 15 minutes and pour mixture into a 1-qt. bowl or eight 6-ounce individual bowls and refrigerate. chill at least 3 hours to set properly.
*Note: Other fruits may be stirred into gelatin base including: dried cranberries, mango, melon, berries, apples, pears, peaches, etc.
** Use sugar-free gelatin as an alternative.
