Trail Mix Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup nuts of choice (peanuts, cashews, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 5 soft pitted Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice (more if necessary)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients in a food processor and process until a crumbly 'dough' forms. Use a cookie scoop and your hands to form into 18 - 20 balls. The mixture should be just sticky enough to where it holds together, but if not, add another splash of milk. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
