Cranberry Dip with Artichokes

  • 4 artichokes
  • 1 tbsp dry fine herbs
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cranberry jelly
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
  • 4 tbsp dried cranberries, chopped
  1. Cook artichokes and slice them in halves. At the moment of serving, spread artichokes with oil and herbs and brown them on the grill.
  2. For the dip, process cranberry jelly, cheese, mayonnaise and Tabasco sauce. Add chopped dried cranberries.
  3. Add a different touch to artichokes with this delicious dip; you can also use it for snacks with fresh vegetables cut in sticks
