Cranberry Juice Popsicles

- 2 c. cranberry juice
- 16 paper straws
- 16 wooden food picks (approx 4" long)
- 20 rubber bands
- Plastic ice cube tray
- Wrap rubber bands horizontally and vertically around the ice tray, creating a grid with a rubber band "box" in the center of each individual ice cub hole.
- (A 16-cube tray will have 20 rubber bands on it total)
- Fill the tray with cranberry juice.
- Place the toothpicks into the center of each rubber band "box" and place the straws over the toothpicks.
- Freeze.
- Cut the rubber bands to release.
- Remove the popsicles from the tray and serve.
