Cranberry Marinade

  • 1 c. cranberry juice
  • 1/4 c. heated honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4-5 dashes hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Place into a ziplock bag (reserving a quarter cup for later)
  4. Place your desired meat, fish, poultry or vegetables into the bag with the marinade for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once cooked, you can brush the reserved marinade on meat, fish, poultry or vegetables for an added zing.
