Ingredients for Cranberry Mushroom Salad

  • Ingredients:
  • 7 cups large white mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • Juice from 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 31/2 cups whole dried cranberries
  • 4 cups lambs lettuce or substitute corn lettuce
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preperation:
  • Clean and wash the mushrooms, then cut them into thick slices. Mix the orange juice with the soy sauce and maple syrup. Mix in the vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms, cranberries, and then briefly mix together and marinate for 10 minutes
  • Clean the lettuce, rinse thoroughly and spin it dry. Chop the walnuts. Arrange the mushrooms with the lettuce. Sprinkle with walnuts. Salt and pepper to taste
